《中華人民共和國政府和大不列顛及北愛爾蘭聯合王國政府關於香港問題的聯合聲明》（英文：The Joint Declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Question of Hong Kong，簡稱《中英聯合聲明》（英語：Sino-British Joint Declaration））係中華人民共和國（以下簡稱中國政府）同大不列顛及北愛爾蘭聯合王國（英國）就香港前途一齊發表嘅聲明；1984年12月19日喺北京簽署。
呢份聲明，安排中國政府喺1997年7月1號接收喺香港、九龍同埋新界嘅主權；同一日，英國要將剛才提到呢三個地方嘅主權同治權，夾埋畀中國。呢份文件亦都係今日香港特別行政區憲制基礎嘅一部分。
